Ntactus Financial Services Private Limited, operating under the brand name RetailPe ("we", "us", "our"), is committed to ensuring transparency and trust in all financial transactions carried out on our platform. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be initiated for payments made by users ("you", "your") of our services.
Once a loan has been sanctioned and disbursed to your account, no refunds, returns, or cancellations will be permitted. This is due to the nature of financial services and the regulatory compliance involved in fund disbursements.
If you wish to cancel a loan application before the final disbursement, you may write to us at support@retailpe.in or call us at 033-45064448. Cancellation requests will be entertained only if the funds have not yet been disbursed to your bank account.

You are requested to notify us within 7 working days of the transaction. After validation, the refund will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.
If your account is not credited within 2 working days of the loan disbursement confirmation, please reach out immediately. We will investigate and, if the funds are not successfully transferred, the same will be reversed and reinitiated or refunded as applicable.

If you are not satisfied with the resolution of your refund request, you may escalate the matter to our Grievance Officer at grievance@retailpe.in.
RetailPe reserves the right to amend this Return and Refund Policy at any time. Users will be notified of material changes through email or platform notifications.
